- Invite each child to spend individual time with you.
- Sing the song and lead the actions to "I'm a Little Snowman."

Some children may just be able to place their hands on their heads and stick their arms out. Others may be able to do all of the movements. Encourage children to do what they can. Repeat with each child.
Observe: Do the children enjoy spending time with you singing a winter song? Encourage children to sing and enjoy music in ways they feel comfortable. Use music as a soothing technique as needed.
