Child's FolderPLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILD'S FOLDER DAILY!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON ANYTHING IMPORTANT.
If your child has an allergy to any food, milk, or juice served, it is your responsibility to provide a substitute for that product. Substitutions MUST meet the components of the State's food service policy.
IF A SUBSTITUTION IS NOT PROVIDED, WE ARE FORCED TO SERVE YOUR CHILD WHAT IS ON THE MENU FOR THAT DAY!
IF THIS IS AN ALLERGY ISSUE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PHONE CALL AND BE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE THE PROPER FOOD OR MILK.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
